Very bad service.

My fiancé ordered a beautiful pot plant from them (was blossoming when he saw it online) to have it delivered to me but it was 3 days past the due date and he kept track on when it was supposed to be delivered and you guys kept apologizing with no explanation and yesterday the plant was “delivered” to someone who signed for them but it was not my fiancé and that leads me to think you guys gave me a random plant.

Tell me how do you guys deliver your flowers that are supposed to be a surprise when it’s still in it’s blooming phase and the seed is half way out of the soil? This looks like an old pot plant sprouting new flowers... I mean the soil is over saturated and there’s dead leaves on the soil itself. The pot plant was supposed to come with a complimentary chocolate for the delay but when the driver arrived she told us that orders even arrive 6 MONTHS after people have ordered them and maybe the chocolate will come some other time???

This is so hilarious and you guys are a joke. Do better on how you package your stuff and send to clients and be prompt with time. Unbelievable that people pay so much for such bad services. Will not be supporting you guys ever again.
