Very Bad Service

<p>I purchased a chopping board from Netflorist on 4May2016. This is my 1st time using Netflorist as I love online shopping. The delivery was delayed as the supplier's printer was not working and Netlorist promised to have flowers delivered on Monday free of charge. This never happened. Netflorist advertised that if a Mothersday gift is purchased before 5 May 2016 then a complimentary box of chocolates will be delivered along with the parcel. This never happened either. After stories of the florist not delivering in the area and all that I was awarded vouchers. Now I cannot use both the vouchers at the same time, so Netflorist would like for me to spend even more money with them after receiving this kind of service. I just cannot understand the mentality of Netflorist. I will most certainly NEVER make use of their services.</p>
