Very bad service

I have received very bad service from Netflorist. Have placed a order for delivery on the 5th of December,when I phoned them they told me the item is out for delivery.And it takes 3 days for Ram do deliver.No one told me it will take 3 days for ram to deliver.The 9th of December I have phone again when they told me Item is out for delivery.When I go on the site to track the order it gives me the following message Non-Delivery Required Action
