Very bad products and service

Very bad service I got sent the incorrect order twice, no effort in making the product, photos are scew, acrylic blocks in bad condition, one of them is cracked. It seems the people making the products put in very little effort and now no response to my emails, very embarrassing place to get gifts from, thank goodness I didn’t get them delivered straight to the person it’s for
