Very angry and disappointed

I am very disappointed in the service that I received from NetFlorest. I ordered flowers for my wife on Valentine's day, (Friday) to be delivered at her work. Flowers were delivered the Monday, it looked like the flowers weren't even in water over the weekend and the rose buds were hanging. It looked like old flowers. After trying to phone the two numbers they have on the website, I finally hung up. I will never order anything from NetFlorst again. **** service.....
