Valentines ***** up

If the comments left on this page wasn't enough to deter me from ever using Netflorist ever again - your shoddy service ensured it. My husband ordered a Valentines gift to be delivered today - Valentines day. (mind you he placed the order a week before already) Get a phone call from Ram couriers asking me to meet the courier in Nieuwoudtville (had to google it - its near Springbok) instead of Brooklyn, Pretoria. when I phoned Netflorist, three people hung up and the fourth lady (Athinea - I have her extension if Netflorist is interested in giving her the biggest raise ever) kindly assisted me and told me that yes it was Netflorist's f#@ up, but that they will only be able to get the parcel back from Springbok before they send it to me in Pretoria. THEY ARE CHOCOLATES NETFLORIST!! FOR VALENTINES DAY! NOT CANNED FOOD THAT WOULD SURVIVE A TRIP DOWN TO SPRINGBOK AND BACK BEFORE MAKING THEIR WAY TO PRETORIA!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
