Valentines spoilt

I have been trying to call ***/ ********** and no response on your number the phone just ring on end. Ive sent email no response either. You have just spoiled my valentines day and I am never going to make use of your services ever again. No decency of even alerting me that you are unable to deliver my order but when I ordered the delivery was for 14/02/2019.
