Valentines ruined ... will never forget it

wow you guys are truli a piece of work. I made an order on the 28/01 as a reservation for the 14/02.. i thought the early bird catches the worm and for once i thought my delivery would reach my girl early and on time..

but f**ck no, it still hasn't 4 days later. i complained an i saw my "ticket being closed" as the issue has been solved.

i just want my refund and i will never ever use your services again.... EVER.
