Valentines order late

I placed an order for a valentines gift on 7th of Feb for delivery on the 12th. Needless to say, it did not arrive. The call centre number is always unavailable and you cannot get through. I raised my query on the web address and was told that I will be contacted with 7 hours. This did not happen. Now Valentine’s Day has come and gone and no gift. Now I am in the dog box. Not fair !
