Valentine's Headache...

Ordered valentine's flowers and a nice bottle of red wine on the 10th for delivery on the 14th. Strange to see flowers getting collected on the 11th... So what will the logistics company do to keep the flowers alive and from whelting.... Thanks for delivering semi dead flowers as a valentines gift and forgetting to add my red wine to the order... Pathetic... Your service has taken such a turn for the worse and not saying much of what ones better half think of their partner....
