Valentines Gift sent ****M away from intended destination

I ordered Flowers and Champagne, to be delivered to DURBAN KZN (order #***) (which is marked up by at least 400%, mind you) on the 12/02/2025, i wanted to surprise my Fiancé as i am not home for the pass 3 weeks and unfortunately missed Valentines day. i get a message from RAM that my parcel is out for delivery at 07h30am - I didn't pay it much mind, figured id get an excited message from my Fiancé later in the day. at 16h15 i look at my phone and see just normal chats from her so i figure let me use the tracking option that was smsd, to my horror i see that my parcel is now in CAPE TOWN!!! at 16H25, apparently someone put in DURBANVILLE CAPETOWN at dispatch. the delivery note/my receipt clearly states in big bold capitals : DURBAN KWA-ZULU NATAL - this was seriously disappointing to say the least, to spend R1200 on a gift you could easily buy from a retail store for maximum R500 but you figure to surprise her is well worth the extra money, needless to say i will never, ever, ever support NETFLORIST or RAM couriers again. seriously this was really disappointing.
