Valentines gift not delivered

I am disgusted with the service Netflorist has provided . I ordered two gifts one for my wife and another for 11year old daughter ,who for the first time in her life received a valentines gift and on top of that a day after valentines and that's how she will remember it due to the disgusting service provided from netfloris and add on my wife's gift was not delivered. I will never in my life again make use of this service and never recommend this service yo anyone I'm sorry you guys just spoiled valentines day.
