Valentines gift not delivered

I ordered a gift for my husband 12 February to be delivered yesterday 13 February. Today is 14 February and i have not received my delivery yet. I phoned the call center and a lady said she will follow up on the delivery and get back to me. Have not heard back from them yet. I don't have a valentines gift for my husband. This is absolutely bulls**t. I will never order from Netflorist again.
