Valentines Flowers only be Delivered 16th of Feb

I Battled to order from 10am yesterday morning. I managed to order from Netflorist around 5pm yesterday afternoon. when the site open a popup menu appeared. i selected VALENTINES flowers. I ordered 24 red roses in a vase and a box of lindt chocolate. Total cost R969.00. i called today around 2pm to trace my order and the awesome @#@##IU call centre told me my order will be delivered before 5pm today. the flowers and chocolate is for my fiance that is currently in hospital. when i arrived at the hospital around 3
