Valentines flowers delivered on16th of Feb 4pm

Ordered Valentines flowers to be delivered on the 14th and Netflorist delivered on the 16th at 4pm, why why after Valentines day - whats the point?<br> <br> Serious reputational damage on me as it appeared i did not do any thing for my loved one.<br> <br> Had to come up with other plans since Netflorist had a failed deleivery<br> <br> No one even foned to apologise
