Valentines False advertising

Ordered NETFLORIST flowers and a gift for my wife for Valentines and spend R470. Netflorist have currently a promotion ongoing (i received it in a mail and stipulates on there websitel) , if you ORDER ANY PRODUCT BEFORE 11 Feb & GET FREE CHOCS with your order. I was advised that I do not qualify for the free chocs as I have not selected from the Valentines range? The promotion did not stipulate it and this is not acceptable!!! <br> <br> I have send 2 mails to Cazley Manuel to explain to me what is going on and is still waiting for a positive response.
