Valentines disaster disappointment!!!

<p>I ordered something for my boyfriend on the 13 of January 2017. A month and a day in advance for valentines. I wanted to do something special and different.. the whole day the delivery status said item out for delivery. I tried to phone and find out when it will be delivered as my boyfriend leaves work at 3:00. My first call the *********** person on the other side could not pick me up on the system after calling in help he found me. But said lets see. I phoned just after 2:00 again and the lady at net florist aaid if he doesn't get it today he wil get it tomorrow! If I wanted it delivered the 15 i would book it that way! Thank you net florist for ruining my valentines. This was my first and last time ordering from you!</p>
