Valentine's Disappointment

I ordered a Valentine's gift for my lady on the 2nd of Feb for delivery on Valentine's Day. One would think that would give them adequate time to get everything in order by that day. Valentine's is basically over now and still no delivery. Cannot even get through to their customer service line. My brothers out there, please look for other services if you want to buy flowers for your lady. NetFlorist is not it.
