Valentines disapointment again! FAILED DELIVERY FOR VALENTINES

Well done on messing up another Valentines Day! My husband ordered from Netflorist, and NO delivery. The delivery slip showed it was delivered, but nothing was delivered! The driver came to deliver today and I sent them back with their flowers and gifts my husband ordered and paid for. I want my husbands account to be refunded. This is not the first time Netflorist have done this. 2 Years ago same thing happened! Never ever again. This was the last time we will ever use your pathetic shameless service!
