Valentines Day totally spoilt

I had 3 different orders which I placed at the same time this morning. 2 of the items ordered were meant to be delivered to the same home address and 1 was to a business address. It is now 21H30 and only 1 item was delivered to the home address just before 8pm this evening. I have no idea where the item which was meant for the business address is. I called in earlier about 15H00 to say the business which is a bank closes at 15H30 and was told the person should wait till 17H00 because I can't change the address. Keep in mind the address I wanted to change it to was the same home address as the other 2 items. I feel that the decent thing Netflorist could have done was call or message to say how late they are running. I understand it's Valentines Day but do they realize that some people make plans and by being so late surprises get spoilt. Seriously what is the point of getting flowers delivered this time of the night when the day is basically over. I can't believe I paid nearly R4000 for something somebody can't even get excited for anymore. Absolutely pathetic and disappointing.
