Valentines day spoiled twice by Netflorist

Second time using netflorist on Valentines and second hand service is what Netflorist is made of. I ordered a special gift as a surprise for my Fiance and ended up having to race 15km to meet the driver to collect the parcel myself! I phoned twice to arrange alternatives early on in the day and was told they cant call the driver at all and they left me with no choice but to sit and wait until the driver eventually calls after the company closed long ago. The worst is the fact that the gift card I PAID for has my message printed upside down in the card in faded ink that one can barely read.. what a disappointment you are to valentines day Netflorist! This is the second year in a row you spoil my valentines surprise. Keep your smooches to yourself.. and stop spoiling valentines day! I won’t be trusting you with this again.
