Valentine’s Day ruined

Overpriced and poor dead flowers, I do not know why I recommended them to my boyfriend. However, this time around they outdid themselves by not fulfilling a Valentine’s Day order on Valentines. Delivering the next day beats the purpose. I received a message that I should expect a delivery before 8pm. Did I receive it? No. A company this big should co ordinate their logistics properly, why accept orders you cannot fulfill? Going through the reviews of all missed valentines deliveries makes sad. This is pure greed and lack of consideration. I suggest you use local small florists, or look for other alternatives. I’m so mad and hurt all at once.
