Valentines day Order not delivered

I placed an order with Netflorist on monday where I ordered a gift for my wife for Valentines day. In the order confirmation, it was confirmed that the gift would be delivered today but my gift was not delivered.

This is the second time that I have ordered a gift for my wife which was not delivered in time. The service from Netflorist is absolutely shocking as nobody even bothered to give me call to inform me that the gift will not be delivered.
