Valentines day order!

They did not contact my husband when my order was delivered, as the order had the incorrect name it was returned without contacting my husband to confirm order. Their call centre number rings and no one answers! What's the point of having a call centre number if no one ever answers! We're unable to receive the order or contact anyone in this regard. Valentines surprise ruined!
