Valentine’s Day Non-Delivery

No delivery, called no answering of telephones, wanted to go collect and deliver myself and that also didn’t work :-( :-( :-( Only received a message at 17:40 that delivery won’t take place. My issue is why does Netflorist accept an order knowing it won’t be able to deliver. Surely they know how much delivery capacity they have and shouldn’t overcommit themselves right? Otherwise i could have made other plans - really disappointing.
