Valentines day nightmare all thanks to netflorist

Valentines day nightmare, so I order flowers for my girlfriend on the 31st of January for delivery on the 14th of Feb , So netflorist failed to deliver and I sent them several emails also when i tried to call them their phone just rang unanswered. The flowers finally get there the next day and to my surprise there are 8 roses instead of the 20 as advertised. I would not recommend netflorist for anyone unless you like the feeling of disappointment.
