Valentines Day Let Down

Ordered on Monday 12 Feb with promise of delivery 14 Feb. Paid immediately and order was processed. Gift was meant to be special for Valentines Day but no delivery took place. No phone call, no message, no email to inform me that delivery was not going to take place. I am very disappointed and will NEVER order from them again. Shocking service. Super disgusted with the standard of customer service. Website offers no information either.
