Valentine’s Day FAIL!!!!!!!!!

My husband ordered flowers for me, to be delivered at work on Valentine’s Day. It is 17:15pm, the flowers have not arrived. I called to enquire at 5pm as my husband was still in meetings and his PA had already gone home. After holding for about 20 minutes, I am told that the flowers have not left the wharehouse yet and that they will be delivered the following day as there is a back-log. February 15th is NOT Valentine’s Day!!!! Thank you for spoiling my day!!! If you do not have capacity to deliver ALL your orders on time, DO NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER!!!! Rather lose the sale than ruin your reputation!!! We will NOT be using your service again!
