Valentines day FAIL

I placed an order on 4 February 2018 to be delivered today and nothing was delivered. Better yet I have spent 3 hours trying to call them and I receive no service at all!! Nobody can helpme and nobody knows what is going on.

My Valentines day gift is not delivered and better yet, I am still waiting for delivery.
