Valentines day disaster

I had purchased an order on the 12 February for a personalized gift the order was supposed to be delivered on the 15 February but only got delievered on the 16 February

Firstly the order was delivered late

I had emailed neflorist twice and had gotten no response nor did the chat avaliable on the website did not help or provide assistance to the problem

The order is missing items which I had paid for and the picture that was on the personalized gift is not the picture I had uploaded when purchasing the item
