Valentine’s Day Disaster

Placed my Valentine’s Day order on the 25th of January, hoping this will help get delivered on the 14th. I received an email on the 14th at 10:39 with the following: Netflorist Non – Delivery : Reason: because Item not on load. Item left behind. After numerous emails “read reports” received still no response. After holding for an hour finally got through…….The lady was very pleasant said my delivery is on the way – Its now 16:15 my boyfriend has still not received his cupcake in a jar. 
