Valentines day disappointment

Despite ordering 9 days in advance and promising same day deliveries, Netflorist did not deliver on time. 16:30 on the day and no delivery.

Tried to call their call center and was put on hold. After twenty minutes on hold I cancelled the call as I could no longer tolerate the stupid music.

Thanks for nothing. Do not make promises you cannot keep, especially on a day such as this.

Quick to take an order but you obviously have no way of keeping to your promises.
