Valentine's Surprise Delivery Ruined

I ordered flowers for my BFF a week in advance, hoping they'd be delivered to surprise her on the Friday before Valentine's Day, at her workplace (making everyone around her green with envy).<br> <br> Initially, the order had been put through with a delivery date of the 11th of Feb, but a call centre agent courteously assisted in moving the delivery date to the 13th.<br> <br> End & short of it: my BFF did not receive her flowers on the 11th nor on the 13th :( <br> <br> Thanks for messing up what would have been a beautiful surprise for a beautiful soul
