V times day messed up

Neflorist are *****, i called the call centre this morning about an order placed in advance and they said that the order will be deliver before 12, now someone calls me to say that they dont have what I ordered can they perhaps deliver tomorrow. Thats is just not on. Prior to this i placed an order and when it got to its destination it looked nothing like how it looked online. Most deceiving company i have come across
