v- day messed up

im so so disgusted with your service. I requested and paid for my parcel on Monday to be delivered on Wednesday. they don't answer their phones and emails. ********** I'm not happy with you.

I had to spoil the surprise by telling my partner to wait a lil longer at the office for the delivery. its his last day at work today. I need answers asap ref ********** 04

you are quick to advertise your specials but cant deliver.
