Utterly ridiculous service

Ordered roses and chocolate to be be delivered to my wife's place of work for Valentine's Day.

Didn't get premium delivery because wife finished at 7pm so it was a shock when she came home with nothing.

I sent an email to complain and requesting a refund.without a response.

My wife was off sick today and the flowers were delivered today and her colleague signed for them and sent her a photo and the roses are wilted .

Highly disappointed with this service
