UTTERLY PATHETIC

Ordered flowers for a birthday and received a mail saying that the order was delivered. The recipient confirmed that only the chocolates had arrived and not the flowers, however flowers, chocolates and a teddy was received from a different sender. I called them and was on the phone for 20 minutes trying to explain the situation but they were unable to help unless I could supply the order number from the other sender, I have never heard of such a stupid thing ever. Eventually after this lady called the driver and what feels like every other person in the while as I was on hold for a ridiculous amount of time she said that the driver did deliveries for the same recipient to 2 addresses. Half my order was delivered to the work address and the other half to the home address and the other sender who requested the home address had their delivery sent to the work address. Between the planning and drivers someone has no idea what they are doing. Such pathetic service from a company who does this day in and day out.
