UTTERLY DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

Order was placed and paid for on the 29th of April, schedule for delivery on the 20th of May. After numerous phone calls and speaking to different agents with conflicting stories and a waste of MY airtime the issue is still not resolved. Been given the run around with the status of the order as well as the delivery. Very quick to accept payment!!! Not informing the client of ANY feedback is utterly disgusting!!! Playing on people's feelings when they want to make another person's day special is totally unacceptable!!! Shame on you!! You had my daughter in tears due to your NON DELIVERY of any kind of service!!! SHAME on YOU!!! Will never use or recommend your service again!!!
