Utterly disappointed

I'm utterly disappointed with you! I ordered a man crate for my husband and was supposed to receive it today. I called your contact Centre at 15:30 to find out the driver's whereabouts and was advised he will arrive in 15 minutes, one and a half hour later when I call, I was told arrangements to have the order delivered to a different address would be made as I was leaving the office but I still haven't received a call!<br> <br> I demand my money back!!!
