Utter Junk

We purchased a personalized clock from netflorist for a family wedding. Not only is it not what we expected (and I did wrote a review of which was never answered) but it comes DIY and while I was putting the clock together the specified writing (that we don’t have the option of changing) comes off. My suggestion is that Harold come collect his clock and return my money as in yesterday. To Crown it all Off the clock doesn’t work even with a new battery. How embarrassing!!!!! Had I not opened the “TOY” the newly weds would have been left with an item that they can’t even place in their new home. To say the least Harold your “Gift” is nothing but leftover cardboard. Disappointing and upset. I am left to go to the Mall before the wedding and sort an original proper gift out. Return my money and keep your fancy ads and emails.
