Useless waste of time

Netflorist you f%$Kt up my order - I placed my other on Monday for delivery on Wednesday - nothing till now its Thursday - then you tell the recipient they must come pick up the gift from the mall what buls@t is that, oh the best part the delivery company is currying high valued items which is more important than mine. I sent bunches of emails and have gotten no responses, really dissatisfied. Really disappointed with the service you are useless - really useless - My family is waiting they need to drive back to Jhb today - they checked out and 10 its now 12 still nothing.
