This will be the last time that I will ever order from you guys!!!! The last time. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. YOU SPOILED THE WHOLE VALENTINES DAY FOR ME!!!!!!! Hope you are happy. First time I order with you, I phoned in after the order was done and asked them to please edit the card to add my name so that the person who received it would know from who it is. The lady assured me that it is done. Next day I had to find out there was no name on the card. I contact netflorist to check what the card said and ask why my name was not added after I phoned in , I got almost no response and the case was closed on your side before it was resolved!!! Is that how you do things? When you’re not in the mood for a client or made mistake on your side you just ignore the problem?????????? May I just add that the order was for a death in someone family???????? Do you care? No. Second time I order from you guys, I order on the 25th January 2017 something for Valentine for my husband. Thinking if I order in advance he will receive it early making his day Special. First come first surf??? Again netflorist is there to disappoint!!!!!!!! ITS 14h15 IN THE AFTERNOON and nothing has been delivered!!!!!! WHAT is the damn point of making valentines special if he will only receive it at freaken 17h00 as soon as he goes home???????? What’s the point of ordering in advance just to come last???????????????? I bet you, the people that order in February order already been delivered!!!! I can’t believe Netflorist and I will make a point of it to not recommend you to anyone. You guys are a JOKE!!!! i phone to lodge a complaint, you dont even have such a department and then the guy puts the phone down in my ear?????????? THANK YOU SO SO MUCH Netflorist for *****ing up my Valentine’s day , you even got it right to ***** up a special gift that I send for a death in the family.
