I would like to logg an official compliant against your service. I have placed an order for deliver on the 11/02/2023.

I have been tracking this order the whole 🤬🤬 day. Your websire said out on delivery 10:36. I phone your call centre at 15:45 to check were my delivery was, I spoke to Nonsizwe and she confirmed to me that the order and delivery person was in the area for delivery re or ***. While I'm doing this msg, the order has still not being delivered. This is 🤬🤬 unacceptable. I insist one of your compatent people to phone me regarding this **** service that I have being recieving from you for the second 🤬🤬 time. I will go on to social media and tell the whole world how 🤬🤬 useless you arw. I will do on to Helo Peter and place my review on there on how 🤬🤬 useless you are. I want answers!!!!! How can my delivery wait so 🤬🤬 long for delivery if the order was placed on Saturday. You 🤬🤬 people are very quick to take peoples money, but you are 🤬🤬 useless when it comes to service deliver. Just like some people I know. I want 🤬🤬 answers!!!!!!! The 🤬🤬 driver has still not deliver the 🤬🤬 parcel.
