Useless staff, no delivery

Placed an order for vday on the 26th January. Requested it to be delivered before 1pm as it is a school. On vday it was never delivered, I sat on the phone with them for an hour but because the "excellent" staff put the phone down in my ear. 15th Feb, portia calls me (so called manager) to tell me that the order hasn't even gone out for delivery but insures it will be delivered on the 16th with a bouquet of flowers for the trouble they have cause but it still not delivered. Phoned the call centre again and yet again someone put the phone down in my ear because I am complaining about wanting my money back. Now no one is answering my mails or the phones
