Useless service, no longer that company they used to be.

Useless service you order in the morning, they deliver the last minute of business working hours to a security guard after everyone and the recipient has left. They even lie to you that the recipient has received and signed for the parcel while they gave it to the security guard at the gate. What kind of ******* business is this? Imagine ordering birthday flowers at 8am and they get delivered at 16:52pm. Once u pay they don't care. If u write negative review, they clearly state that they won't put it on their website, so clearly the reviews that are there are not truthful. If u are planning to surprise someone rather plan ahead and use Uber deliveries, Netflorist has lost the plot.
