Useless service / incomplete delivery

I placed and paid for my order online (*** - order number) wait for delivery on the 13-02-2016 , received a delivery on 13-02-2016 around 11h00am (happy with the time) my wife receives delivery , not knowing what i had ordered , when i see the delivered order about 20 mins later , noticed that the roses are already (dying) leaves were turning black and that the order was incomplete . I had ordered a dozen roses with vase , a box of nougats , and a I LOVE YOU balloon .anyways long story short , ANDILE the useless callcenter agent blows me off on saturday , with a \ok Mr Singh , my agents will collect thos afternoon and complete the order correctly , this time \" to no avail, still waiting on that pick up \"**** Andile\" ..... as valentines day is over ... please refund me in full (excluding the donation i made) and pick up your incomplete order. i will not accept any thing else ....."
