useless service delivery!

Pathetic service. i ordered a package on the 4th of march and payed for delivery the 6th of march. I called and they promised package will be delivered today 8th of march. I called at 4pm again and its 18:30 and they are still searching for my package. no feedback. I will never ever use them again and give them a negative recommendation. a dated is picked for a reason, but Net Florist manages to cause turmoil because its all about the money and useless service delivery!
