Useless service "delivery"

If useless was a company.

I order 12 red roses and wrote a lovely message for someone special, as one would do. They delivered maybe 4 pink roses and a birthday card for someone else. Needless to say a beautiful moment was ruined!! How cold is it to collect something you delivered to someone that wasn't expecting anything?! Also not the first time I am dissatisfied by ******* service and dismal customer service agents that put all the blame on "temp drivers" and promise they will be "dealt with". Utter load of ****. I know Ryan Bacher runs a better ship than this.

Not supporting such service again.
