Useless Service

I am extremely disappointed with the services received. I specifically ordered Mysterious Zantedeschia Basket as I had wanted the BLACK coloured flowers,even paid more for it. The ordered delivered was Pink Flowers. I requested that my order be rectified but to date nothing has been done.Chatted to a Jordan who advised it would be exchanged yesterday and I was very specific on day as no one would be available any other days. Will never ever use Netflorist again.
