Useless service

Such a useless service. Ordered a craft beer crate to be delivered on my friends birthday. The customer service help line assured me that the delivery will be on time It is now a day after my friends birthday and they have still not received their delivery. It is shocking that there is no urgency. Surely all deliveries that were not completed the day before should be prioritized.
